NEW: Sentence Practice

Every sentence must have a subject and a verb. Do these activities to practise identifying what is a sentence or not a sentence.

1. Spot the Sentence Game: http://www.bbc.co.uk/skillswise/game/en30stru-game-spot-the-sentence
2. Practise finding subjects and verbs here. There is also a treasure hunt game in the middle of the sentence practice: http://www.bbc.co.uk/skillswise/game/en30stru-game-verb-subject-treasure-hunt
3. This is a little tricky! You need to use the arrow keys on the keyboard to move the animal. Read and follow the instructions to understand how to do this correctly: http://www.bbc.co.uk/skillswise/game/en30stru-game-logging-sentences

Practise identifying if the words make a sentence or if they are a fragment. A fragment is only part of a sentence and is missing a subject or a verb.
